Sales and Refunds

1. Nature of Services

Exentia LLC provides digital 3D modeling and visualization services for real estate, including floor plans, exterior and interior models, virtual walkthroughs, and related media content. All deliverables are digital in nature and customized according to client specifications.

2. Delivery & Acceptance

Once a 3D model or related project is completed and delivered to the client (via email, link, or secure platform), the project shall be considered as “delivered.” Clients are responsible for reviewing the delivered model and ensuring that it meets their expectations.

3. Revisions & Modifications

Exentia LLC offers a 5-working-day revision period following delivery of the final 3D model.

During this time, clients may request reasonable modifications or corrections to the delivered model without incurring additional costs.
Requests must be submitted in writing (email or messaging platform) within this 5-working-day window.
Revisions include design adjustments, texture refinements, lighting tweaks, or other agreed-upon visual corrections.

After the 5-working-day window:

Any additional changes or modification requests will be considered outside the scope of the original agreement.
Such requests will be subject to additional charges based on the time and complexity of the requested changes.
No refunds will be issued for work completed and delivered once the revision period has ended.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Exentia LLC does not offer refunds once the final 3D model has been delivered, except in cases where:

A confirmed project has not been initiated and the client cancels within 24 hours of payment.
Exentia is unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to unforeseen internal reasons.

Refunds will not be issued:

For dissatisfaction based on client-side changes in project scope, delays in feedback, or post-delivery decisions.
For any changes requested after the 5-working-day revision period.
If the project was delivered based on client-approved inputs and references.

5. Payment Terms

All pricing is agreed upon prior to project initiation. A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, depending on the project scope. Invoices must be paid in full as per the agreed timeline. Late payments may delay delivery and result in additional fees.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding the final output or refund, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through written communication and mutual agreement. If unresolved, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under which Exentia LLC is registered.
